Series 600 High Pressure and High Viscosity Metering Pumps
Series 600 Features:
- Capacities to 240 gph (908 lph)
- Pressures to 4000 psi (280 kg/cm²)
- Accepts standard 56C motor.
- Pump capacity is adjustable by micrometer dial while pump is running or stopped.
- Capacity Control Options: Electric positioners or variable speed drives are available for automatic capacity control.
- EZE-CLEAN™ valves are removable without disturbing piping.
- Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment allows improved valve performance over variable linkage designs.
- Hydraulically balanced Teflon® diaphragm eliminates stress.
- Power train operates submerged in oil for extended service.

Notes:
Capacity: Capacity figures are based on water using 1725 rpm motor. Capacity will decrease by approximately 1.5% for each 100 psi increase in pressure.
Accuracy: Accuracy is ±1% of full scale over the range of 10% to 100% of capacity.
Temperature / Viscosity: Contact us for temperatures over 200°F (93°C) or viscosity greater than 1000 centipoise.
PVC head pumps are satisfactory for temperatures to 125°F (52°C).
